Antonio Fitzgearld Calmese Jr.

Antonio Fitzgerald Calmese, Jr., affectionately known as “Sausage” and also known as “LBO-Savv” to his family and friends, was born September 30, 2002, to Lakeyia Maria Baldwin and Antonio Fitzgerald Calmese in Chicago, Illinois.
Antonio attended St. Vincent Depaul Academy, Newberry Academy, and William H. Wells Community Academy High School, where he successfully graduated and received his diplomas.
Sausage was a loner with a loving heart for his family and friends, a free spirit, and an infectious laugh. Sausage loved his video games, music, and food. Sausage’s future goals included receiving his driver’s license and seeking employment.
As the eldest, Antonio was very protective of his brothers and sisters. Antonio bonded with his brother Anthony over play boxing and after school studies.
Antonio believed in Christ at an early age, and transitioned to enter his eternal rest on October 2, 2022, at Northwestern Hospital just two days after his twentieth birthday. He was preceded in death by his great-great-grandmother, O.C. Dupree Myles; great-grandmother, Billie Jean Harris; godmother, Gwendolyn Randle; and a special friend, Kierra “Kappa.”
Antonio leaves to cherish his many fond and precious memories: his mother, Lakeyia Maria Baldwin; father, Antonio Fitzgerald Calmese; stepmother, Tara; brothers, Anthony Omarion Calmese, Angelo Calmese, and Tyseaun and Jhamere; sisters, Tiauni Calmese Kenyaja; great-grandmother, Minnie Myles; grandmothers, Annette Baldwin and Kimberly Calmese; grandfathers, Roderick Harris and Antonio Williams; great-aunt, Carol Baldwin; aunts, Rhonda, Natassia, and Carmen; uncles, Roderick (Lil Ride), Jonathon, and Yupelle; cousins, Eshona, Reojanea, Oryan, Serentiy, and NaKira; special friends, Lonnie and his LBO friends; and a host of additional family and friends.
