Arrid Hall was born January 21, 1967, to Clifton and Pearly
Hall in Chicago, Illinois.
Arrid confessed his faith in Christ at an early age at Unity
Fellowship Baptist Church, where he served faithfully on the Usher
Board. He would later move his fellowship to Christ Tabernacle
M.B. Church. He was immersed in the Christian community that
would be his lifelong support from an early age.
Arrid attended Saint Catherine Elementary in Oak Park, Illinois,
and graduated from Foreman Highschool in Chicago, Illinois.
He was an athlete. He played basketball, baseball, and was on the
bowling team. He also played the trombone in the highschool
band. Arrid decided to further his education after high school,
attending Lincoln University in Jefferson City, Missouri.
Throughout Arrid’s career, he was employed in the logistics
industry, with his most recent position being an inspector at a
pharmaceutical company in Melrose Park, Illinois. He was very
proud of his role and was a diligent worker.
Arrid was an adventurous person who loved to travel and socialize.
He was a caring person who enjoyed entertaining and sharing
stories while hanging out with family and friends.
In his leisure time, Arrid enjoyed fishing, and watching sports and
documentaries. Arrid was a very kind-hearted person, who wanted
to make sure everyone around him was enjoying themselves.
It is at this present moment, we the family recognize that a
treasured one has been lost. On August 28, 2022, Arrid made his
transition from this earthly life to eternal life. He leaves to cherish
his memories: his two sons, Darius (Ashley) and Arrid “Brandon”
Hall, from the union with Traci House; mother and father, Pearly
and Clifton Hall; two sisters, Latrice Hall and Carrie (Barney)
Martin; four brothers, James (Carrie) Cruthirds, Washington
(Bertha) Cruthirds, and Quentin and Antoine Hall; one brother
who preceded him in death, Kenneth Hall; four grandsons,
Damerius, Malik, Levi, and Malachi; two granddaughters,
Abigayle and Arryn; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews,
cousins, and friends.
