Brenda Lee Little was born on January 5, 1963, in Chicago, to her parents eodore Tidwell and Mary Pearl Little, and a stepfather Jimmy McKay, who all preceded her in death. Brenda was baptized and accepted Christ, on November 7, 1971, at Christ Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church. Her education was provided through the Chicago Public School System, attending Joseph Lovett and Nathaniel Polk Elementary Schools, and then continuing to Collins Academy and Christian Feniger High Schools. Brenda, later in life - in 1999, completed the Life Skills program at Malcolm X College. Until her rst stroke in August of 2007, she served as a prized team member of the housekeeping department at the Millennium Knickerbocker Hotel. On June 19, 1991, Brenda gave her hand in marriage to her best friend, Dyrell R Bass. It was then she became… Brenda Lee Little Bass. Brenda leaves to cherish her, two children, Sharise Lynette Little Rogers (Reginald Rogers) and Cordell Curtis Bass, and one stepson Dyrell Red Franklin, who preceded her in death. (July 14, 1980-August 29, 2002); Five grandchildren Kevon Terrance Turhan Epps, Reginald Devon Rogers Jr, Isaac Lee Bass, Malachi Cortez Bass, and Micah Kyrie Bass. Brenda would be her mom’s youngest girl out of nine children. She had two brothers who preceded her in death: Ricardo J Little Sr (June 21, 1954- February 2, 2021) and Eric J Little (September 10, 1964-June 1, 2021). Brenda leaves to mourn her remaining siblings; Jeanette (Less - who preceded her in death), Gloria (Dannie), Kimberly ( omas), Michael (Phillis), and Demetrious (Rochelle), and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
