Crosby Smith III

Crosby Smith III was born on October 16, 1961, at McNeal Hospital in Berwyn, Illinois. He was the treasured son of Rebecca and Crosby Jr. Crosby attended Graves Elementary School, Argo Community High School, and later pursued College studies in Cairo, IL. He was a very loved, and often spoiled child, affectionately known as “The Culligan Man”. Crosby had a kind heart, warm laughter, and a genuine spirit. On March 7, 2026, Crosby Smith III transitioned to his Heavenly Father at the age of 64. Crosby was proceeded in death by his paternal grandparents Crosby Smith Sr., and Bertha Hollis, maternal grandparents David Brinkley and Mae Eunice Brinkley. stepmom Janie Smith, and his brother Russell Stokes Crosby’s memory will live on through his loving parents; his mother Rebecca Telford Moses and his father Crosby Smith Jr., 5 sisters; Marsha (Dale), Kathy (David), Debbie (Allen), Sonya, and Bridgette (Michael). His Aunt Hazel, Two Uncles; George Telford and Sammie Telford (Fannie). Along with a host of cousins, friends, and extended family that will miss him forever
