David “Man Man” Clay was born in Chicago, Illinois, on August 14, 1996, to Veronica Clay and Antonio Dantzler. David grew up on the Northwest Side of Chicago. David was a well-respected individual, loved by many, survived by more. David brought laughter to the ones around him, and he was kind and loving. You could always count on David for a good story and plenty dance moves. David graduated from Near North Academy and attend Rowe-Clark Math and Science Academy. David is survived by: his mother, Veronica; father, Antonio; stepfather, Keith Harris; sisters, Ebony, Nyla, Geneva, and Tamaya; brothers, Antonio and Jacquel; nieces and nephews, Kaylin, Aiden, August, and Kehlani; grandmother, Sylvia; grandfather, Tony; as well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. David was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Jean Clay and Sabrina Dantzler, and his grandfather, David Clay
