Harold D. Ratcliff (Fluker) was born on February 19, 1952, in Detroit, Michigan, to the late Arlean Sercye and Drayton Fluker. Harold was the second child of seven, Eddie, Anthony, the late Andre, Mose, Michael, and Vanessa. Raised in Chicago, Illinois from an early age. Harold attended the Chicago Public Schools and worked many jobs to support his family with the longest employer being at Chicago Memorial Hospital and Holsum Bread. Harold was known and loved by many for his skilled game of pool and card playing. Harold leaves to cherish his memories: Drayton and Kywanna with one son who preceded him in death, Denny; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild, Tara, Devion, L’Orral, Tiana, and three others; four brothers, Eddie, Andre, Mose, and Michael; one sister, Vanessa; two aunts, Viola and Gert; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. A special thanks to Freddie Baker and Matthew Williams for being there through all the years
