Jaleesa Caprice Hall was born on August 28, 1988 in Chicago,
IL, to Cheryl Scarver and Jimmy Hall, Jr.
Jaleesa, affectionately known as “Leesa” or “JuJu”. She accepted
Christ at an early age with her mom and siblings by her side.
Jaleesa attended Julia Ward Howe Elementary School in Chicago,
IL. She moved to Milwaukee, WI with her family in 1999. Jaleesa
graduated from Westside Academy in 2002. She also attended
Casimir Pulaski High School and Kilmer South Alternative
High where she received her High School Diploma in 2008. She
also graduated from Bryant and Stratton to become a Medical
Assistant in 2013.
Jaleesa’s proudest moment is being a mother to her children.
She also loved being an aunt. She was always making jokes and
smiling. Jaleesa loved to write. She was very outgoing, outspoken,
and loving.
Jaleesa departed her life on March 3, 2024, to join her mother,
Cheryl Creighton; stepfather, LaMarcus Creighton; brothers,
Allen Scarver and Jamal Hall; grandparents, Jeraldine and Jimmy
Hall, Sr.; and uncle, Anthony Scarver in Heaven.
Jaleesa leaves to cherish and celebrate her loving memory: her
children, five sons, Matthew, Jr., Martice, Crissean, Messiah, and
Chase; three daughters, Angel, Aleesa, and Aleeyah; father, Jimmy
Hall, Sr.; grandparents, Emma and Otis Scarver; brothers, Jimmy
Hall, Jr., Jimmy Hall, III, Jeremy Hall, and Jimon Hall; sisters,
Teona Pitts (Andre), Chameisha Hall, Jameisha Hall, Shamika
Hall, Kabriesha Hall, Aaliyah Williams, Jamiya Hall, and Janyla
Hackson; twelve nephews, fifteen nieces, four uncles, five aunts,
and a host of cousins, family, and friends who will fondly remember
her.
