Obituary

Mr. James “Jim” or “Jr.” Wallace, Jr., entered this life on March 21, 1941, in Lake Village, Arkansas, to the late James Wallace, Sr., and Augustine Jones. He left this earthly life on Sunday, May 28, 2023, sleeping peacefully at home. He was added to the Church of Christ in 1988. James was educated through the Chicot County public schools in Arkansas. He loved listening to music, dancing, and watching westerns, but his biggest passion was just being outside. He enjoyed helping others in any way he could. He was a jack of all trades, and there was nothing he couldn’t fix or patch together to make it work. He was a hard worker and provider. He worked at Brach’s for 25 years, where he held multiple positions. His contagious laugh will be missed. James was preceded in death by his sisters, Arthur Mae, Patricia, Marsha, and Pearlie Mae; and brothers, Perry, Robert, Jimmie, and Jo
