Latasha Latrice Payton

Latasha Latrice Payton
was born on September 15, 1977, to Linda Ann Payton
in Chicago, IL.
Latasha attended Jensen Elementary School and later
graduated from Orr High School on the west side of
Chicago.
Latasha met the love of her life, Howard Chandler, who
preceded her in death. Latasha and Howard decided to
relocate to Ft. Wayne, IN, where they worked hard daily
to support and raise their beautiful kids.
Latasha was preceded in death by her fiancé, Howard
Chandler; daughter, Shani Chandler; nephew, Tyrone
Payton; and stepson, Quaashai Chandler.
Her memories and legacy lives on through her mother,
Linda Wright (Fred Wright); grandmother, Thelma
Coleman; sons, Malik Thomas and Howard Chandler,
Jr.; daughters, Christine Chandler, Latasia Chandler,
and Quaashae Chandler; grandsons, Cardiá Thomas,
Jabari Thomas, and Legend Chandler; two sisters,
Latreisha Payton and Robin Pettus; one brother, Robert
Payton; four nieces, ten nephews, three great-nieces,
and five great-nephews; and a host of aunties, uncles,
cousins, and friends.
