Lillie Carter Obituary

Lillie B. Carter was born on August 23, 1951, in Marks, Mississippi, to Gertie B. Carter Williams, who preceded her in death. Lillie B. attended school in Marks shortly before her mother moved her and her sister, Lillie R., to Chicago for better opportunities. Lillie B. gave birth to three children, one son, Michael C. of California, and two daughters, Diane and Linda, both of Chicago. Her daughters also preceded her in death. Lillie B., affectionately known as "Nudda," was a sweet, caring, and loving woman. She loved her family very much and would do anything for them. Nudda enjoyed listening to music, playing bingo, dancing, crossword puzzles, and coloring books. She had a smile on her face every time you saw her, a smile that would light up a room or your mood on a dark day. She wasn’t easily angered and was kind to everyone she met.
