Lillie was born March 13, 1959 on the West side of Chicago,
Illinois, to the union of Anna Mollet and Edward Clemons.
Lillie accepted Christ at a young age.
Lillie attended and graduated from Marshall High School
and attended business school to further her education.
Lillie mothered six children, and later in life, she married the
love of her life, Albert Phillips.
Lillie worked many jobs over the years, but she was best known
and remembered for her work at Jimmy G’s restaurant.
Lillie lived her life to the fullest with no regrets, and she will
be greatly missed.
Lillie was preceded by death by her mother, Anna Clemons;
father, Edward Clemons; sister, Annie Lee; daughter, Ellanna
Clemons; and son, Melvin Clemons.
Lillie leaves behind: husband, Albert Phillips; son Clifton
Clemons; daughters, Temeka Clemons, Amanda Clemons,
and Eboni Wallace-Sipp; fourteen grandchildren, Gierra,
Jasmine, Tia, Ne’Morie, Shanaya, Alonga, Jamare, Aaliyah,
Ezra, Francheda, Monique, Jaheim, Khalid, and Maurvez;
and ten great-grandchildren .
