Loletia Hill was born to the union of Hubert Brown and Jonetia Hill on September 11, 1975, in Chicago, Illinois. She confessed her life to Christ at an early age as she became a member of United Baptist Church. Loletia attended Julia Ward Howe Elementary School and Austin High School. A er graduating from Austin, she earned a spot on a dance team called “ e Crazy Crew” at LaFollette Park. e dance team was well known as they opened up for performing artists in the area. She was also part of a dance group called “ e Untouchables”. Loletia loved to dance! Dancing was not just a hobby for her; it was a profound expression of her soul. She was someone you could always nd on the dance oor, e ortlessly gliding through the music with a radiant energy that drew others to join her in celebration. Loletia was well-known and loved dearly by so many people. She was an awesome daughter to her parents, an amazing mom to her children, and a great provider to her family. Loletia will be remembered for her unwavering kindness, amazing dance skills, passion for hair, and dedication to her family. She was known for her nurturing and caring nature; she was always ready with a listening ear and a helping hand for everyone around her. Whether it was opening up the doors to her home or o ering support to friends and family in times of need, Loletia’s compassion touched the lives of many. Loletia leaves to cherish her wonderful memories: her ve children, Shira Hill, Cortez Jones, King LaDarreus Love, Honey Amazing Love, and Chosen Carter Love; granddaughter, Samira Porter; grandmother, Blanch Hill; mother and father, Jonetia Hill and Hubert Brown (deceased); siblings, Antwuan (Shawn, deceased) Hill, Issac Taylor, and Claudine Hil; and best friends, Nakisha Street, Teresa (Kia) Lee Colman, and Monique Jones. She also leaves behind a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends
