Lorretta Ann Brown

A Time to Be Born Loretta Ann Brown-Boddy was born on May 23, 1960, to Hazel Brown and Elvert “Bobby” Leggin in Chicago, Illinois. They both preceded her in death. Her husband, Erskin Boddy, Sr.; brother, Herbie Brown; and nephew, Damone Rhodes; also preceded her in death. A Time for Life Loretta was the life of any party. She was kind-hearted and definitely loved her family, especially her children, grandchildren, and siblings. She loved reading her Bible and carrying it with her everywhere she went. She also loved doing puzzles. A Time to Rest From This Life God saw fit on the morning of July 15, 2022, to call Loretta home to rest in His arms. A Time for Memories Loretta Ann Brown-Boddy leaves to cherish her loving memories: three daughtes, Angie Jones, Ashely Boddy, and Denise Robinson (Mark Robinson); six grandchildren, Jakena, Janiya, Ay-Zarie, Jayla, Uriyah, and Jaiden; eight siblings, Yolanda, Maurice, Marcella, Jose, Chinease, Fargo, Kenneth (Dionne), and Brian; sister-in-law, Stephanie; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
