Nicole Denise Tucker, lovingly called "CoCo," was born on June 4, 1979, in Chicago, Illinois, to Ruby Lee and Murry Tucker, both of whom preceded her in death. Nicole’s faith in God was strong. She became a member of New Life Covenant Oakwood Church in 2011, where she actively volunteered within the Children’s Ministry until the fall of 2013. Nicole believed that continuous learning is essential to selfgrowth and graduated from Lane Tech College Prep High School in Chicago, IL. She furthered her educational journey by securing her Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) at Chicago State University in August 2002 and later her Master's of Science Degree (Human Resources Management & Development) from National Louis University in December 2018. Nicole continued on to complete the National Society of Leadership and Success Training Program in May 2019, earning her Sigma Alpha Pi membership status. Nicole was employed at Central States Health & Welfare Pensions Funds for the past six years, initially as a Benefits Specialist before being promoted to Research & Correspondence Analyst. She previously worked for AT&T for 12 years. Nicole possessed an "ultra-bright smile" and a sense of humor that glowed brighter than any star and sun in the sky! Nicole had many passions, including fashion (purses, shoes, and make-up), her music husband, “Bobby Brown,” and most of all, she loved her family and enjoyed taking family trips (cruises). Nicole departed this life on Thursday, August 26, 2021. Nicole leaves to cherish her LOVING memories: two brothers, Anthony Tucker and Andre (Selena) Tucker, as well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. She had an extra special “Sister/Cousin/ Friend” relationship with Kimberly Peace and LaShana Fryer. Nicole is known and will always be remembered for her bright personality, kind heart, and loving spirit.
