Paul Allen Winbush, Sr., was born and raised in Chicago by
his mother, Vera Winbush. Paul confessed in Christ at the age of
six. He was baptized by his grandfather, Reverend Cleve Minter at
New Mt. Vernon M.B. Church. He attended Spencer Elementary
School, Douglas Middle School, and Austin Career Academy High
School.
Paul is survived by: his mother, Vera Winbush of Justice, IL; his
father, Earl Twillie of Anchorage, AK; two sisters, Nicole Wormley-
Daniel of Dolton, ILm and Ebonie Twillie of Anchorage, AK;
two daughters, Teranika Winbush of Mundelein, IL, and Cirrae
Winbush of Justice, IL; one son, Paul A. Winbush, Jr., of Justice, IL;
Lifetime mate and mother of his son, Janine Jackson of Justice, IL.
Paul enjoyed spending time with his family, watching football,
listening to music, grilling, and making others laugh. Watching
his son and his son son (grandson) together delighted him to no
end.
Paul has always been a good worker. Paul held positions at Wrigley
Field, TSA, Boston Market, and the EPA. Most recently, for the past
15 years, Paul was an exemplary customer service representative of
Walmart’s Money Center.
