Raymond Lee Collins was born on February 29, 1988. He was born to Fred Collins, who preceded him in death on May 10, 2011, and Delores Collins. Raymond was called home on May 11, 2022, at his residence in Elmwood Park with long-time girlfriend, Rita Hernandez, at his side. He attended Harriet Beecher Stowe Elementary School his entire elementary career. He then went on to Carl Schurz Music Academy and later graduated from Aspira High School. Raymond’s love of music was prevalent early in life and continued into his everyday life. He rapped in a group of his peers called The Elite Lyricists for years, bringing joy and knowledge to all he encountered. His reach had no limits; he will be missed by a host of honorary brothers, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Raymond was valued and loved by many. Raymond leaves his memories to: his only son, Arion Collins (mother, Lisa Cruz); three girls, Leina, Anita, and Serenity (mother, Rita Hernandez); and five siblings, Fred Collins (DaKisha), Nicole Collins, Edna Collins, Dorthea Collins, and David Collins.
