Stephen Benard "Puff" Jones was a beloved figure in gospel music — a choirmaster, lead vocalist, and servant-leader whose gift stretched across cities, choirs, and generations. Born in Benton Harbor, Michigan, and later Born in Benton Harbor, Michigan, and later planting roots in Chicago, Puff began his musical journey early — directing “front porch choirs” as a child and eventually founding Glenbard East High School’s rst gospel choir in the 1970s. He went on to serve with excellence and humility in churches and choirs across the nation, including Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church, Ecclesiastes Community Choir (ECC), New Generation Chorale, and Destiny Worship Center Ministries.
