Xavier Riles

Xavier J. Riles, known as Zay, was born March 28, 1992, born to parents, Michelle Williams and William Riles Xavier was called home April 5, 2026, at the age of 34. His passing left a deep void on our hearts. Xavier (Zay) was a loving son, father, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend. He was known for his kind smile, sense of humor, big heart, strength, and love for family. He touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. He will be remembered for his presence, the memories he shared with those he loved, and the impact he made in the lives of others. Xavier (Zay) was a Douglass High School graduate. He was employed at Ferrara Candy Company. He accepted Christ at an early age. He loved sports, dogs, fixing up cars, and being a father to his son, Zyair Riles. He had an affectionate smile that lit up any room. He was giving and hardworking. Xavier is preceded in death by his grandmother, Sandra Williams; grandfather, Lee Williams; great-grandmother, Clara Harris; great-grandfather, Nathaniel Kennard; great-aunt, Patricia Kennard; great-uncle, Sargent Isiah Kennard; and cousins, Kelvin Williams and Allante Williams. He leaves to cherish his memory mother, Michelle Williams; father, William Riles; one son, Zyair Riles; one sister, Shardeja Riles; three brothers, Javier Riles (his twin), Tacarre Harper, and Almir Thomas; two nieces, Janiya Whitfield and Caniyla Taylor; three nephews, Jacarter Taylor, August Thomas, and Devon Dejean, Jr.; one uncle, Marvin Henning; three aunts, Quantina Johnson, Jessica Mallett, and Nigale Mallett; one great aunt, Debra Kennard Cobbins; one great-uncle, James Kennard; five cousins, Dashon Williams (Bennetta), Latraye Williams, Shontell Kennard Pruitt (Darren), Tiffany Kennard, and Destiny Davis; significant other, Brittany Batiste; bestie friend, Stevie Barron; special friends, Lashawnda Fountain, Shacora Hughes, and Jeremy Bolden; and other relatives and friends.
